The craft of embroidery has been around for a very long time. Today, computers and automated machinery add speed, precision and economy to the process. The skill of the embroiderer, however, is still the main factor in the success of a design.
Anyone can make a design look great on a computer screen. Working with fabric and thread requires in-depth knowledge of positioning, thread tension, stitch density, and fabric properties. There is simply no substitute for years of experience!

Our Process.
1. Submit Project Details
Contact us by email or phone and we will connect with you right away!
2. Quote
We will give you a formal quote for your project based on quantity, turn around required and other possible factors.
3. Digitizing
Once the order is placed, Viola Embroidery will begin the digitizing and/or lettering setup. This important step plays a big role in the final quality of your product.
4. Sample
We do a preliminary quality check to be sure your custom logo passes our quality standards and run additional quality checks on our machines. We will then send you an embroidery sample of your custom design for approval.
5. Customer Approval
Once you review the sample we may go over any questions you have and/or make any changes required. When you’re completely satisfied with your embroidered design, we start the production process.
6. Production
Our experienced team begins the production process. The machines are programmed with your logo artwork and your project is on its way to completion!
